Our experience and work philosophy enables us to build strong relationships of trust with our customers, both sellers and buyers. If you are interested in exploring the Spanish property market, either as an investment for renting or a lifestyle change and an Atlantic - Mediterranean residence - we are happy to help with our expertise and exceptional service. We analyze all the details of the properties that would be suitable for you, inquire about the location, show you the area and all the important points that would be important to pay attention to on site.
We work closely with you to introduce you to the properties with all their advantages and disadvantages. And if you can't travel - you can still make the purchase and we'll explain how to do it safely, from your home. In order to give you the feeling of being very close to the property, we record videos for you, make a live video call via Skype, WhatsApp or Zoom to create as close as a real showing experience as possible. You also have the ability to consult with the seller, project manager or the architects.
The experience and credibility of our company are more than proven, our CEO´s Lindsey Hansen and Miguel de los Santos are ,as you might be able to tell from their names, a mixed cultured married couple. Lindsey is from Denver, CO and Miguel from Madrid. They have been working in the Real Estate Sector and other related areas for many years. WHAT ARE (SOME) OF OUR SERVICES?
RESEARCH
After deciding what kind of investment are you looking for, we narrow it down to one or more projects, then we can organize an inspection trip for you. We´ll send you the documents, presentations, and videos and we can make a video call (Whats App, Skype or Facetime) for you to see the project live. We will take a detailed look at the property to get you familiar with the surrounding areas of the different properties.
INSPECTION TRIP
We help you to organize the inspection and we assist you in finding a suitable hotel, car rental, and other services that you might need while traveling. Together we review the showing schedule and proceed to the inspection of the properties/developments.After you have chosen a property we will help you analyse and evaluate your selection, going to notaries, the public registry, talking with a lawyer and the legal institutions necessary for you to check that everithing is OK and proceed to the next step - the decision.
SELECTION
As soon as you have selected the properties/projects you would like to see we will prepare a showing plan for the days you can travel to spain. If you cannot travel and still would like to buy the property then we will organise a lawyer to get in touch with you in order to prepare a power of attorney with which the lawyer will be able to go through the purchase process on your behalf. We are working with different lawyers so it depends on the area and the language of the clients.
DECISION
Now that you have found the perfect property/project for yourself we will guide you through thr details of how to proceed since each property type requires a bit of a different process.
We will also refer you to all the reliable companies that we have partnershis with to make sure all of you and your property needs are attended to.

At US2Spain, we don't advertise real estate properties or tourist businesses like car ads. We uphold confidentiality agreements with property owners and only reveal listings to final clients once they've initiated the process with us. We are a bespoke real estate agency, with hundreds of collaborators and partners across Spain, dedicated to finding the perfect investment/property tailored to you and/or your company. So, what kind of properties/investments do you market?
If you're looking to diversify your investments and securely expand your assets beyond the USA with profitability in mind, we can offer a range of options. From operational tourist establishments (such as vacation homes, hotels, etc.) yielding annual returns ranging from 8% to 15% in recent years (all documented and verified, of course) to second homes with the potential for tourist rentals when not in use, apartment buildings, individual apartments, or even a house. You can design your own renovation and either sell it or put it up for rent (we'll assist you with everything, from finding the building to hiring architects and contractors).
As you can see, the possibilities are endless.
How do you operate as investment/real estate advisors?
To study the operation we only ask for a deposit of €500, which will be returned if the operation is not successful or deducted from the final commission if it is successful. It's a way to show that we take our work very seriously. We are so confident in our way of working that we deposit that deposit in a separate account to be returned to you if you are not satisfied with our advice.
Our commission for completed operations is 1.5% to 3% depending on the type of operation, which is normal in the sector.
